Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been verified by our finance team, typically within 30 minutes of screenshot upload. A seat is not reserved until you receive a written confirmation from support@beinghaider.com.

2. Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your cohort start date, provided you have submitted assignments for the weeks that have elapsed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.
3. Access & sharing
Lessons, recordings, and Slack channels are licensed to a single student and may not be shared, resold, or re-uploaded. Violations end access without refund.
4. Placement outcomes
We introduce graduates to hiring carriers but do not guarantee employment. Any income figures shown on marketing pages are self-reported by alumni and are not a promise of results.
